Mr. Wendell Thomas is founder and Managing Director of CDMS. He holds a BSc in Sociology and Economics, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Strategic Business Information Systems and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Strategic Business IT. He has considerable experience in research, data management, IT consulting and project management and has worked extensively as a consultant in these fields throughout the Caribbean as well as in Central and South America, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Colin John is the lead business consultant of CDMS as well as a Director of the company. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Management of Information Systems and a BSc in Computing from the University of Greenwich, UK.

Colin possesses a unique combination of systems analysis, account management, IT consulting, customer relations, project training, project management and information technology management experience. He has extensive experience in the Government sector and has been instrumental in crafting document management strategies and solutions that ideally meet the needs of Government ministries and organizations within Trinidad and Tobago. He has employed these areas of expertise at CDMS to help our clients achieve the best information management solutions that would ensure increased productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness in their daily business activities.

Ms. Leisel Thomas holds a BA in Spanish and a Diploma in International Relations from the University of the West Indies. As one of the co-founders and a Director of CDMS, Ms. Thomas has played an integral part in establishing Teleform as one of the main BPA solutions CDMS has to offer. She has extensive hands-on experience in the various Teleform modules and is one of the key personnel qualified to train clients in the use of the software. Clients that have benefitted from her training include Guardian Life of the Caribbean, the Barbados Statistical Office and the Central Statistical Office of Trinidad and Tobago.
